It would appear that the mystical white iPhone 4 is very close, and will perhaps be released before the end of the Northern Hemisphere Spring – so the end of March.

The white iPhone 4 was always supposed to be released soon after the standard black version, but issues with the lighter paint allowing light to leach through the casing and interfere with the camera has apparently been the cause of the delay.

If our sources are anywhere near correct, Apple are gearing up to quietly release a new version of the iPhone 4 that has no death grip problems. After months of attempting to persuade iPhone 4 users that the antenna problem was not hardware related and could be fixed with and upgraded OS, the Director of Mexican carrier, Telcel, has been quoted as saying that the iPhone 4 his company will provide after 30th September will not suffer from the grip problems. iPhone 4 camera problem

Just when you think it is safe to go back in the water, a new problem has cropped up with the iPhone 4. Apparently, and I haven’t noticed this on my iPhone, the iPhone 4′s camera has quite a big fault in that it appears to have a blue-ish green haze that affects the photographs. iPhone users have been reporting the problem on numerous blogging sites and the problem is clear from this image:

It is unclear at this whether the fault is with the camera itself of if a software update can fix things.
